摘要
目的观察2％酮康唑洗剂治疗花斑癣的疗效及安全性．方法患者每d沭浴1次，根据皮损面积大小涂2％酮康唑洗剂，连续7d．结果68例患者中痊愈50例，占73．53％，总有效率为92．65％．结论2％酮康唑洗剂治疗花斑癣疗效好，使用方便，经济安全，无毒副反应．
Objective To observe the effect and safety of 2% ketoconazole lotions in the treatment of tinea versicolor. Methods Patients were applied 2 % ketoconazole lotions according the surface area of skin injury after bath once daily for seven days. Results Among 68 cases, 50 cases fully recovered, accounted for 73.53 %, the total effective rate was 92.65 %. Conclusion 2% ketoconazole lotions has certain therapeutic effect on tinea versicolor and other advantages, such as convenient, economic, safety and no toxic emulsion.
