冰晶石熔液中铝溶解现象的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了透明槽中铝的溶解现象。从金属雾的外观可以判断:外加的阴极极化电流能够抑制金属的电化学溶解,但是化学溶解作用继续发生。当发生电化学溶解反应时,金属雾呈紫蓝色;而当化学溶解时,金属雾呈棕色。本文对此种现象作了理论探讨。文中还讨论了铝表面上形成结壳的原因。 The dissolution phenomena of aluminium in molten cryolite were observed and studied in a transparent cell.It was found apparently from the metal fog that the applied cathodic polarization current can inhibit the electrochemical dissolution of aluminium but is not so effective on the chemical dissolution. As to the color of metal fog, the electrochemical dissolution reaction indicates blue-purple but the chemical dissolution indicates brown. Interpretations were made theoretically to these phenomena as well as to the crust formation on the cathode metal surface.
