摘要
本文以杭州为例，从城市设计的角度对我国城市水体的开发利用的现状和问题进行分析，为设计者探寻理解和操作城市生态观的方向和方式。其中通过对西湖、运河、钱塘江三种水体的开发疑问和实例分析，呈现了对于水体及周边区域如何保护，如何更新，如何开发的三重疑问，并给予了一些实际的解答。
The paper analyzes current situations and problems of water body development from the angle of urban design in order to point the civil planners to ways in which they understand and follow out urban ecological conception. Take Hangzhou city for instance, it brings up three questions on how to protect, how to renew and how to develop the water bodies and their perimeter zone by oppugning and analyzing the development of three water bodies, West Lake, Grand Canal and Qiantang River, and then gives some actual solutions.
