摘要
对一种新型高铬铸铁导板合金的组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明,由于加入变质剂和施加热处理,可使合金的使用性能大为提高。其理想的热处理工艺为980℃保温2h,空冷。微细组织研究发现,该合金中M_7C_3与M_(23)C_6两种碳化物的数量与分布分别决定着合金的硬度与韧性的高低。
An investigation has been done on the structure and properties of a new high-Cr alloy cast iron used for guide plate. The result shows that its serviceability will be greatly improved by adding in inoculant with proper heat treatment.The ideal heat treatment regime is holding 2 hours at 980℃, then following with air cooling. It is found through microstructure research that the hardness and ductility of the alloy depend on the quantity and distribution of M7C3 and M23C6.
