外掺氧化物对高C_3 S水泥生料易烧性的影响

摘要 以高钙生料(潜在熟料矿物C3S=75%,C3A=7%,C4AF=18%)为基准,分别掺入2%的Li2O、CuO、TiO2等13种微量组分氧化物,在1300℃和1400℃下煅烧,通过测定熟料的fCaO,研究了外掺各种氧化物对高钙生料易烧性的影响规律。结果表明,各种氧化物对生料易烧性的影响在高温煅烧和低温煅烧条件下有很大差异。部分氧化物在较低温度(1300℃)下能明显改善易烧性,而在较高温度(1400℃)下则作用不明显甚至会使易烧性变差;部分氧化物在较低温度下改善易烧性的作用不明显,高温下则效果显著;个别氧化物在较低温度下对易烧性的改善效果不突出,而在高温阶段会使易烧性明显变差;还有部分氧化物在较高温度或较低温度下,对改善生料易烧性均无突出的作用。 Cement raw meal with high CaO and potential mineral components of C3S = 75 %, C3A = 7 %,C4AF = 18 % is used as base, mixed with 13 minor oxides respectively at the content of 2 wt%, and burnt at 1 300 ℃ and 1 400 ℃. Then by measuring the content of f CaO, the influential rule of all kinds of oxides on the burnability of raw mixes with high CaO is studied. The results show that the effects of different oxides on burnality in high or low temperature are different. Some oxides can observably improve the burnability in low temperature (1 300 ℃ ), but the effect in high temperature isn't obvious, even negative. Some oxides ' effects in low temperature are inconspicuous, while evident in high temperature. Others oxides make burnability worse in high temperature.
