合金元素对Al-Li合金破断特征的影响

摘要 本文研究了二元Al-Li合金的破断机制,指出该合金低塑性的原因是共面滑移,δ相和PFZ共同作用的结果。进而研究了添加Zr,Cu,Mg后合金的析出强化行为及其对合金破断特征的影响,分析了塑性和强度改进的原因。 The fracture mechanism of Al-Ll binary alloy was studied. The results indicate that its poor plasticity is resulting jointly from coplanar sliping, δ-phase in grain boundary together with precipitation-free zone. The precipitation hardening behavior of the alloy after adding Zr,Cu and Mg in it and its effect on fracture characteristics were also discussed, as well as the reason why its plasticity and strength can be improved.
