摘要
结合我国城市发展的实际,基于对城市是一个经济、社会、环境的统一体的认识,分别给出了城市聚集经济效益函数、聚集社会效益函数及聚集环境效益函数,在此基础上建立了一套综合评价城市系统的数学模型,并对118个城市的发展状况进行了综合评价、分类并探讨了城市系统关于经济、社会、环境之间协调发展的比例关系。
In consideration of that any city is an entity or system covering various economical, social and environmental factors and starting from the actualities of urban development in China, aggregate functions are established for urban economical, social and environmental benefits.As a result, a group of mathematical models is developed as the comprehensive valuation system for city's development. In addition, 118 cities are evaluated comprehensively and classified with their developing histories and situations and, In particular, the proportional relation among economy,society and environment,which interact on each other in a urban system, is discussed for coordinated growth.
