摘要
我国高职高专学校近年发展迅速，生源主要是应届高中生或是具有高中同等学历的学生。这一生源特点决定了学生文化基础参差不齐，表现在公共英语教学上就更加突出。公共英语教学逐步成为教育界关注的对象。高职公共英语教学中师资不足，目标不明确等问题都亟须解决。本文针对这些问题提出了一些对策，供大家探讨。
As the vocational education develops fast in recent years, there are more and more higher vocational colleges. The students mainly graduated from high-schools, middle-vocational schools and so on. Their English levels vary greatly and it makes English-teaching more difficult. therefore, how to improve the English-teaching in higher vocational colleges is worth studying.
