摘要
在用矩量法分析高频器件的过程中,文中分剐采用阻抗矩阵技术和谱分解技术提取电路的S参数,并与时城有限差分法的计算结果进行比较。通过对屏蔽微带单支线滤波嚣的计算,可以看出,这三种方法一致性比较好。而且,阻抗矩阵技术原理简单,但计算量大;谱分解的精确性受到传输线相对长度的影响,但计算量较小。
in the MOM analysis of high-frequency circuits, this article calculated the S parameter with two technologies, the technology of transformation of resistant matrix and decomposition of frequency spectra, and compared with FDTD. With the simulation of a shielded single-stub filter, these three methods nearly get the same result. And the theory of transformation of resistant matrix is simple, but the amount of caleulation is large; the accuracy of decomposition of frequency spectra is affected by the length of transmission line, but the amount of calculation is small,
