摘要
进入新世纪。我国林业正处于全面调整、实施战略转折的关键时期。对国有森工企业经营者的激励与约束是否有效,将直接关系到我国国有森工企业发展的状况。本文针对目前国有森工企业经营者激励约束机制现状和存在的问题进行了分析。进而提出了相应的建议。
Entering into the new century Chinese forest industry is On the critical stage of overall regulation and strategic shift. Whether the Executive &Restriction system is perfect has a direct relation with State-owed Forest Industry Enterprise development. The thesis has an analysis on the current situation of Executive &Restriction system in State-owed Forest Industry Enterprise then give some proper advise on it.
