本文讨论采用成本逼近法对原行政划拨土地的工业用地土地使用权出让或转让估价的具体方法和计算步骤。
With the help of the Cost Approach, the article discusses the practical valuation technique and procedure of the land occupation right of industrial estate which is originally allocated by the executive authoritics and is now to be transferred or lease.
