厌氧水解──好氧氧化生物处理印染废水的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 厌氧水解可提高印染废水的可生化性,有机负荷在3.0~7.0kgCOD/m3·d范围内,可生化性随负荷的升高而提高;经2.4~3.5h厌氧水解,同时去除35%~40%的COD和20%左右的色度;水解后的废水经4~5h好氧氧化,可使COD降到160mg/L以下,并缩短二级处理总时间2.0h左右。 Biodegrability of wastewater from a dyeing industry has been greatly increased using anaerobichydrolysis during our experiment. biodegrability increases as organic load increases at the organic load between 3.0 to 7.0 kg COD/(m3.d). COD removal rate can reach 35% ̄40%,colour removal can reach 20% after 2.4 ̄3. 5 h anaerobic hydrolysis.By anaerobic hydrolysis in conjunction with 4-5 h aerobic oxidation, effluent COD can down to less than 160 mg/l,and the total HRT of this process may be shortenabout 2 hr than that of the traditional process.
