Annexin A2在肿瘤发生中的作用研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 Annexins是一组钙离子依赖的磷脂结合蛋白。它们参与一系列细胞活动，比如胞吐、胞吞、细胞增殖、分化和凋亡。最早在急性早幼粒细胞白血病中发现Annexin A2高表达，而其家族的另一成员Annexin V与抗磷脂综合征相关，因此提出Annexinopathy的概念。研究发现Annexin A2与其他Annexins不同，具有RNA结合的特性，与DNA合成、复制相关，在肿瘤的发生、浸润和转移中起作用。本文着重阐述Annexin A2在肿瘤中的研究进展。
