摘要
中国提出和谐世界理念具有深刻的时代背景和深远的历史意义。和谐世界理念正处于从概念向体系转换的理论化阶段,同时也处于从理念向战略转换的过渡阶段,因此,需要从学术上和政策上同时进行研究。和谐世界理念是同国际体系观密切相关的高层次理念,从普世价值观的高度推动着国际体系的转型,也从战略转型的高度指导着中国外交的筹划和运作。此外,还应当充分考虑世界主要力量对和谐世界的认同与对国际体系转型的应对。中国只有在和谐与和平的环境中才能最终实现自己的大战略目标。
China's put forward of the concept of harmonious world has profound time background and historical significance. That concept is now at theorization period from concept to system, and also at transition stage from concept to strategy. Therefore, it deserves both academic and strategic research. The concept of harmonious world is a high-level concept closely related to the concept of international system. It facilitates the transition of international system with the concept of universal value, and guides the planning and operation of China's diplomacy from strategic transition approach. In addition to that, we should also take into full consideration those main powers'recognition of harmonious world and their response to the transition of international system. China could only realize her major strategic objectives within a harmonious and peaceful environment.
