摘要
县域经济发展创造了对金融的现实需求,金融供给却不能满足县域经济发展的金融需求。银行信贷管理制度、县域经济主体的经济素质和县域金融生态环境生成县域经济发展的金融约束。深化金融在县域经济的作用要尽快建立健全县域金融组织体系和信用担保体系,营造良好的金融生态,加强财政政策与货币政策的协调配合和充分发挥监管部门的职能作用。
The development of countryside economic development has brought the practical demand of finance. However, the supply of finance can not satisfy the financial need of countryside economic development. Bank credit management policy, countryside economic system and countryside fmancial biological development have contributed to financial constraint. The function of deepening finance in countryside economy should be set up along with the establishment of countryside financial organization system and credit guarantee system. In order to foster a good financial biology, effort should be put in strengthening the cooperation between financial policy and currency policy, and give full play to the function of monitoring department.
