摘要
本文在总结已有研究成果与国际比较基础上,通过对我国上市公司历年的股本结构情况与公司绩效之间进行实证分析,目的在于验证股权结构与公司治理绩效之间的相关性。从实证分析的结果来看,国有股对上市公司治理绩效存在弱的负相关关系;法人股对上市公司治理绩效存在弱的正相关关系;流通股对上市公司治理绩效的影响很小。
The aim of this papers is to check the pertinency between share right construction and company management based on original research and international comparation by analyses of the share right construction of Chinese market company and company achievement. From the result of analysis, the stated- owned share has low negative correlation with market achievement; the legal person share has low positive correlation with market achievement; the tradable share has low effect to market achievement.
