摘要
设Ｆｑ是特征为２的有限域，利用Ｆｑ上２ν十１维伪辛几何中１维非迷向子空间（ｅ２ν＋１除外）处理，构作了ｑ个结合类的结合方案和ＰＢＩＢ设计，并计算了相应的参数．
Let Fq be a finite field of characteristic 2. In this paper, 1-dimensional nonisotropic subspaces except e2ν+1-dimensional pseudo-symeplectic geometry over Fq are used as treatments to construct an association scheme with q associate classes and some PBIB designs. The corresponding parameters are computed.
