摘要
本工作对刺楯纤虫的皮膜、口器、棘毛、背触毛以及细胞核作了超微结构水平的观察。结果表明,其皮膜银线系所在部位细胞外质呈电子致密的三角形,与周围外质有一定的间隙,此外的表膜呈小孔与外界相通;棘毛基部存在根纤维较短,伸入胞质深处;在纤毛器尤其是背触毛窝周围存在有膜囊,其在靠近细胞外质处常释放出内含的电子致密物质,可能对背触毛的支持起重要作用。此外,对口腔口围带(B-AZM),棘毛和背触毛在无性分裂时的发生也作了观察和描述。
The pellicle: oral apparatus. dorsal bristle and macronuclear of Aspidisca aculeala were observed at ultrastructural level in present paper. The epiplasm which silverline system was located was a triguetrous densed electronic material, and there was a gap between the epiplasm and its round. Cytoplasma membrane at the this site formed a pore. There were cirrus associated fribials at kinetosomes. The cirrus associated fribials were shorter and stretched into cytoplasm. There were a lot of ampules near the kinetosomes of cirris and especially near the lorsal bristle. They often released densed electronic meberial near epiplasm. In addition, the morphogenesis of B-AZM cirri and dorsal bristle in asexual divsion were observed and described.
