摘要
探讨术后应用完全胃肠道外营养（ＴＰＮ）对血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白及免疫蛋白的影响，结果表明应用ＴＰＮ６±１天后，实验组与对照组相比较，前白蛋白、球蛋白、补体Ｇ４及ｌｇＧ的增加均存在着显著差异性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而此时常用作营养免疫指标之一的全淋巴细胞计数并无显著差异性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
Influence of total parenteral nutrition(TPN) on albumin、pre-alnbumin、immune protein and total lymophocyte count(TLC) after abdominal operations was discussed. The study indicated that pre-albumin、globulin、complement C4、IgG raised prominently(P<0.05)comparing with the control after TPN tmetment with a period of 6±1 days. At this moment TLC,which was often used as one of nutritive immune indicators, didn' t raise prominently (P>0.05) .
