摘要
本研究采用二维超声对４０名正常人、３２名缺血性心脏病（ＩＣＭ）患者和４６名高血压性心脏病（ＨＣＭ）患者进行心脏形态学和心功能方面的比较研究。结果表明：两组患者左心房内径均扩大，ＩＣＭ组左心室内径大于正常，ＨＣＭ组室间隔及左心室后壁增厚；两组患者舒张功能均见减退，但ＨＣＭ组比ＩＣＭ组更为明显；ＨＣＭ组还伴有收缩功能低下。
Comparsion studies of cardiac morphology and functions was made with two dimensional echocardiography in 32 cases of ICM, 46 cases of HCM and 40 normal persons. The resulto showed that the left atrium of two groups were enlarged, the left ventricular dimension of ICM was larger than normal, the interventricular septal thickness and left ventricular post wall thickness of HCM increased. The diastolic function of HCM decreased more severely than that of ICM. HCM also have lower ventricular systolic function.
