摘要
邓小平认为,在党的建设问题上,制度建设带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性。他强调要把制度建设当成党的建设的重要任务来抓。党内民主的落实、腐败的根除、监督的强化、思想政治教育工作的加强等党建问题,都要依靠制度建设去实现。他的制度建党思想,对于“三个代表”重要思想的落实,对于党的执政能力的提高,对于党的先进性建设等党的建设的最为迫切的现实任务都有极其重要的指导作用。
As for the construction of our party, Deng Xiao-ping thinks the construction of systems is fundamental, general, stable and long - standing. He emphasizes that the construction of systems is the important task for the building of the party. The realization of democracy in the party, the eradication of corruption, the strengthening of supervision and the reinforcement of ideological and political education all depend on the construction of systems. Deng Xiao-ping＇ s thought of building the party through institutionalization has important directive function for carrying out the most urgent tasks such as the implementation of ＂Three Representatives＂, the promotion of the Party＇s ruling power and the building of the party＇s progressiveness.
