摘要
目的:建立苯扎溴铵滴眼液中苯扎溴铵的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定含量,以262.0nm处为测定波长测定吸收度。结果在0.1～0.6mg/ml之间呈良好线性关系,相关系数γ=0.9998,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.45%。结论该法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于苯扎溴铵滴眼液的定量测定。
Objective：To establish an assay method for the determination of Benzalkonium Bromide in Benzalkonium Bromide Eye Drops.Methods：The content of Benzalkonium Bromide was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The absorbency was measured at262.0nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear within 0.1-0.6mg/ml （v = 0. 9998）.The average recovery was 99.7%（n=5）,and the RSD was 0.45%.Conclusion：The method was proved to be simple,precise and reproduciable.It can be used for the quantitative determination of Benzalkonium Bromide Eye Drops.
