摘要
报道了所研制的便携式Ｓｉ（Ｌｉ）Ｘ射线探测器，其能量分辩为１５３ｅＶ，液氮保持时间为４０ｈ，充满液氮后的重量为８．２ｋｇ。
A portable Si(Li) X ray detector was developed.The energy resolution at 5.9keV is 153eV,full weight was 8.2kg,holding time was 40h.The detector was applid to a portable X ray fluorencence analyzer exciting with 109 \ Cd.
