摘要 RNA干扰是真核生物中普遍存在的一种自然现象,利用双链RNA(double-stranded RNA,dsRNA)诱发宿主细胞同源mRNA降解,从而抑制特异目的基因表达。恶性肿瘤的多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)是恶性肿瘤化疗失败的主要原因。本文以恶性肿瘤多药耐药机制的阐述为线索,综述了RNAi技术在逆转肿瘤多药耐药的研究进展。 RNAi is a very common phenomenon in eucaryon. Double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) can be used to induce degradation of homologous mRNA in the host cell and then suppression of specific gene expression. Multidrug resistance (MDR) against anticancer drugs is one of the major problems in terms of chemotherapy failure. In this review, we summarized the advance in the area how multidrug resistance against anticancer drugs is reversed by RNAi.
