摘要 ATP敏感钾通道(KATP channel)的一个重要的特点就是受内源性ATP的强烈抑制,从而将细胞的新陈代谢状态与其兴奋性偶联起来,执行重要的生理功能,其调控机制非常复杂。目前尤以ATP/ADP、磷脂、细胞骨架对其的调控研究最为活跃。通过对KATP通道的结构、功能、调节机制,重点是对通道活动、敏感性及通道的衰减与复活等调控机制的最新研究进展的总结,有利于对各种与KATP有关的疾病的发病机制和临床防治做进一步的研究。 The adenosine triphosphate-sensitive potassium channels, termed KATP channels, are characterized by a strong inhibition of channel activity by intracellular adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) thereby coupling the metabolic state of cells to their excitability and regulating a variety of functions. Its regulation is very complicated. Currently, its modulation by ATP/ADP, phospholipids and cytoskeleton are being actively studied. This article reviews the advances in the structure, functlon, regulation of KATP, especially the activity, sensitivity and rundown/reactivation of the channel to provide useful information for the research on the control of KATP-related diseases.
