基于Fluent的复杂通道比例流量阀的数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 应用CFD数值模拟软件Fluent,对具有复杂通道的比例流量控制阀进行数值模拟,分析其压力损失,并通过对比例阀的最大模拟流量值与实验值的比较,验证应用F luent模拟比例阀的内部流场是可靠的,为进一步应用Fluent对比例阀进行特性分析、改进比例阀设计提供依据. In this paper, the numerical simulation about proportional valve is accomplished with the fluent and loss of pressure are analyzed. According to the compared the maximum of numerical simulation with experimental data, the reliability of simulating is validated. Then the bases of how to analyze the characteristic of proportional valve deeply with Fluent and the improve ment of proportional valve are approved.
