摘要
基于云南的水资源条件及开发利用现状,围绕全面建设小康社会目标,遵循水资源保护与开发并重基本原则,按照水资源节约、保护和开发的次序,提出滇中调水、润滇、农村饮水安全和高原湖泊保护治理四个重大项目,以及相应的政策措施,支撑水资源的可持续利用,实现人与自然和谐发展。
Based on the status of water resources and water utilization in Yunnan Province and the basic principle of water resources protection and utilization, four important projects and corresponding measures were put forward, including water transfer project in Central Yunnan, moisten Yunnan project, drinking water safety project in rural areas, and protection and pollution control project of plateau lakes, following the sequence of saving, protection and utilization of water resources. These projects and measures were useful for the establishment of a well-off society, the sustainable utilization of water resources and harmonious development of human and nature.
