摘要
为提高油田采油供电系统的功率因数,通过对大庆油田现场实地测量数据的详细分析,针对游梁式抽油机异步电动机运行时的负荷特点及其在无功补偿上所存在的问题,研究并设计了一种基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407的新型动态补偿控制装置,通过快速傅里叶变换准确检测并计算出电网中的各项参数,采用模糊控制策略来投切电容器组,以固态继电器SSR为投切开关,实现对三相变化负荷的快速跟踪及响应,从根本上克服了补偿装置的开关往复投切及小波振荡现象,有效地提高了抽油机供电系统的电能质量;从采油区配电站挂网运行的显著的补偿效果来看,该设计是成功的。
In order to raise the power factor of distribution system for oil field, the curve of load characteristics of asynchronous electromotor used in oil-field was given by analyzing the measurement data acquired on the spot at Daqing oil field. In view of some existing problems of reactive power compensation about the travel beam pumping unit, researched and designed a new type dynamic compensation con troller based on DSP chip TMS320LF2407, according to Fast Fourier Transform to calculate and measure the parameters of the system power, some fuzzy logic control advantageous methods and techniques applied to connect or break the capacitor unit, controlled by solid state relay unit, carried out to quick dynamic trace and response with the variety of three phase load, prevented overcompensation and withheld switching oscillation effectively, raised the electric power quantity of the travel--beam pumping unit greatly. It was very satisfactory to acquire the compensation effect online in the power station, this design was successful.
