附睾、睾丸取精卵胞浆内注射治疗阻塞性无精症妊娠结局 被引量：9

摘要 目的:观察阻塞性无精症患者行附睾或睾丸取精卵胞浆内单精子注射术(ICSI)的妊娠结局。方法:比较经皮附睾穿刺取精术、睾丸取精术和自行射精行ICSI术3组病人的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、胚胎着床率和妊娠率。结果:3组病人受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、胚胎着床率和妊娠率差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:采用睾丸、附睾取精行ICSI是治疗阻塞性无精症的有效方法。
