摘要
报道用甘油作溶剂,提取植物β-淀粉酶的优化提取条件;提取液的保存与纯化以及酶粉剂的制备.
In this paper the optimization for the extraction of β-Amylase from plants using glycerol as a solvent,the prespervation of the extract and its purification as well as the preparation of solid enzyme are reported.
