摘要
目的分析宝安区孕产妇系统保健管理工作状况,为进一步做好特区妇幼保健工作提供决策依据。方法对宝安区2001年10月—2005年9月孕产妇系统保健工作进行统计分析。结果2001年10月—2005年9月共有常住人口产妇总数33286例,住院分娩人数33230例,活产数33456例。孕产妇系统保健管理率平均为:建卡率99.94%,产检率96.91%,住院分娩率99.83%,新法接生率99.87%,产后访视率99.62%,高危妊娠管理率100%,以上各率5年均维持较高水平。早检率为74.42%,系统管理率为69.67%,5年资料反映较稳定。产后出血发生率为1.27%,保持较低水平。新生儿破伤风发生率为0.42‰(2001年1.21‰,2005年无破伤风发生);孕产妇死亡率为14.95/10万,在2001年基础上下降高于1/4。孕期接受教育率高于98.00%。结论做好孕产妇系统保健工作,可降低孕产妇死亡率、新生儿破伤风发生率及围产儿死亡率,是保障母婴健康、提高人口素质的重要措施。
OBJECTIVE Analyse the working situation of Bao＇ an District＇ s meternal health management to provide a further basis for maternal and child health care work decision-making. METHODS To do a statistical analysis of maternal health care system in Bao＇an District from October 2001 to September 2005. RESULTS The total maternal cases in the resident population from October 2001 to September 2005 is 33 286. The cases of hospitalized parturition is 33 230, the cases of live births is 33 456. The average rate of maternal health care management system ： the rate of mother and child＇s manual is 99.94%, the rate of antenatal examine is 96.91%, the rate of hospitalized parturition is 99.83%, the rate of new methods delivery is 99.87%, the rate of postpartum visits is 99.62%, the rate of high-risk gestation management is 100%, the rate above maintain a high level in 5 years. The rate of early pregnancy examine is 74.42%, the rate of system management is 69.67%, the data reflect a stablesituation in 5 years.The rate of post-partum haemorrhage is 1.27%, maintaining a lower level. The rate of neonatahetanus is 0.42‰ （ 1.21 ‰ in 2001, none in 2005）, the maternal mortality is 14.95/10 万, declining more than 1/4 in the basis of 2001. The rate of pregnancy education is more than 98.00%. CONCLUSION Good maternal health care system can reduce the maternal mortality rate, the incidence of neonatal tetanus, and the perinatal phase mortality, it is an important measures to protect the maternal and child health and improve the quality of the population.
