摘要
利用三维图形和数值分析相结合的方法,研究了存在装配误差时TI蜗杆传动齿面接触的求解问题。借助蜗杆蜗轮齿面接触的三维直观效果,采用数值逼近的方法确定了TI蜗杆传动齿面接触位置,在此基础上分析了装配误差对TI蜗杆传动啮合接触性能的影响。
By combining 3 D solid modeling technique with numerical computation, the problem how to determine the tooth contact positions for TI worm drive was studied when assembly errors existing, In virtue of three-dimensionnal intuitionistic result charts of tooth contact of the worm and the wheel, the contact position for TI worm drive were found based on the method of digital approximation. The influence of assembly errors on the meshing contact capability of TI worm drive was analyzed.
