摘要
应用等离子体-原子发射光谱法检测了海带细胞核、叶绿体、线粒体和胞质溶胶中Sr、Ca、Mg的浓度,结果显示细胞核和线粒体的锶钙比是叶绿体的2倍。
The contents of Sr, Ca, Mg in caryon, chloroplast, chondriosome and cytoplasmic sol from laminaria were determined by ICP-AES. The results show that the Sr/Ca value in the caryon and chondriosome are twice as high as those in the chloroplast.
