Alloxan诱发糖尿病实验大鼠微量元素谱的多元分析

摘要 为确认Alloxan诱发糖尿病鼠与微量元素的关连,用多元分析研究了糖尿病鼠样品中微量元素,并引出对糖尿病的新见解。用ICP-AES测定了Alloxan诱发糖尿病鼠和对照鼠的骨、心、肾、脾、肺、肝、血和毛中19种微量和宏量元素(Al、As、B、Ba、Cd、Co、Cr、Mg、Mn、Ni、Pb、Se、Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Sr、Ti、V),结果在糖尿病鼠与对照组的微量元素间呈现一些显著差异。多元分析找到一条共同相关链(Mn-Ni-Cu-Sr-Ti),血、发样相同,与样品种类无关,此链提供了关于机体的某些特殊信息。经非线性映射,各组映射象图显示出糖尿病和对照组的样品点分布在图上不同区域。 The multivariate analysis was introduced to the study of trace elements in vitro samples of diabetic subjects to ascertain the relationship between trace elements and the Alloxan-induced diabetic rats and a new perspective in the understanding of diabetes was developed.The contents of 19 kinds of elements (Al.As.B.Ba.Cd.Co.Cr.Mg.Mn.Ni.Ph.Se.Zn.Fe.Cu.Ca.Sr.Ti.V) in organs (bone, heart, kidney, spleen, lung, liver, blood,wool ) of control and Alloxan-induced diabetic rats were determined by ICP-AES. The result indicates some signiticant difference of trace elements between diseased and control subjects.By use of multivariate analysis a common correlation chain (Mn-Ni-Cu-Sr-Ti) was found, regardless of special sample as well as in blood and hair. It seems that the chain suggests some particular information of organism. After non-linear mapping, the images of different groups show that the sample points of diabetic and control group are distributed on two different areas in a plane.
