摘要
本文对猪、狗和猫胃内的螺旋样细菌进行了调查,用常规病理学技术发现这些动物胃内主要有三种类型的螺旋菌:幽门螺杆菌样(HPLOs)、人胃螺旋菌样(GHLOs)和弯曲菌样(CLOs)微生物,在三只猫胃培养出HP样细菌,用螺杆菌属细菌特异探针杂交发现GHLOs和HPLOs属于螺杆菌属细菌,而用HP特异引物PCR扩增发现猪和猫胃内存在HPDNA,猫胃内HP样培养菌也扩增阳性,从而提出人胃内HP和GH感染可能来自动物传播论断。
Gastrospirilla of dogs, pigs and cats were investigated in this paper, Helicobacter pylori Like Organisms (HPLOs),Gastrospirillum hominis Like Organisms (GHLOs)and Campylobacter Like Organisms were found using morphological methods. 3 strains of HP like bacteria were isolated from cat's gastric mucosa.GHLOs and HPLOs could be hybridized with Helicobacter genus specific oligonucleiotide probe labeled with digoxingenin, this suggested they should be Helicobacter genus bacteria.By using HP specific primers and PCR amplifing techique, HP DNA were found in gastric mucosa of 2 pigs and 7 cats, bacteria isolated from cat's stomach could be amplified too. This finding infered that pig and cat should be the nature host of H. pylori, and GH infection of humanbeings may come from domestic animals.
