摘要
为了研究北京产栾树(Koelreuteria paniculataLaxm.)种子的化学成分,本文利用溶剂提取和C18-反相硅胶柱色谱进行分离,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。分离鉴定了1个皂苷类化合物,命名为栾树皂苷C,结构为28-O-异戊酰基-3β,16α,22β,28-四羟基齐墩果烷3-O-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→3′)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-(1→4′)]-β-D-吡喃半乳糖醛酸苷,该化合物为首次从自然界中发现的新化合物。
Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of seeds of Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm. , components were separated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography on C18, the structure of compound was determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidences. One saponin was obtained and identified as 28-O-isopentyryl-3β, 16α, 22β, 28-tetrahydroxyl-oleanane-3-O-[ α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1→3′)-β-D-galaetopyranosyl-( 1→4′)]-β-D-galaeturonopyranoside, named panieulata saponin C. This saponin is a new compound.
