摘要
我们用非线性动力学的方法分析了两例健康人的胃电图(Electrogastrogram,简称EGG),得出它的功率谱、计算了它的关联维数和最大Lyapunov指数。结果显示:它的功率谱为一有尖峰的连续谱;其关联维数介于6和7之间;它的最大Lvaaunov指数大于0。由此,我们可以初步推知EGG不是随机噪声,它服从确定性的动力学规律。
We analyze the time series of electrogastrogram(EGG) signals with power spectrum method and nonlinear dynamical method. We calculate the correlation dimension and the largest Lyapunov exponent to characterize it.The power spectrum of EGG is continuous with a peak, the correlation dimension is between 6 and 7, and the largest Lyapunov exponent is a positive number. So we conclude that EGG signals are not stochastic noise, but obey certain deterministic law.
