摘要
该文用翔实的资料，对比、分析了国内外大学科学实验工作环境的作用，指出科学实验的工作环境直接影响一流大学的建设。高效率的科学实验的工作环境可以留住人才、培养人才，可以提高大学的科研和教学水平。文中对大学的实验室及设备管理机构的设置、仪器设备的购置以及实验室工作人员的配置等提出了建议。
The paper compared and analized the function of the experiment work environment by the dertailed informations, and pointed out that the work environment of science experiment directly infected the construction of the first class universities. The work environment of experiment with high efficiency can keep the talents stay in and well cultivate them, and enhance the level of science research and teaching. The paper also proposed some sugestions for the setting of lab managemennt meehanizm, the purchase of equipment and instruments, as well as the disposition of lab work personel for the universities.
