摘要
“学习共同体”是了解和掌握学生思想状况和心理特征的有效方法和途径,其文化精神气息和氛围的内涵是:独立的个性意识、公平竞争观念和文化开放视野;科学的、理性的、主体性的、创造性的、智性主体精神与德性主体精神的有机统一,科学技术理性与人文精神的辩证统一。学习共同体通过让每一个学生都参与到教学中来,通过师生和生生之间的互动学会认识自我、学会学习、学会创造,从而有利于《思想道德修养》课程改变教师讲、学生听的“一言堂”的被动教学模式,有利于学生创新人格的形成。
"Learning community" is an effective method and route to know and master the students' ideological status and psychological characteristics. The connotation of its cultural and mental flavor and atmosphere includes independent individual personality awareness, fare competition concept and cultural open field of view, organic unity of scientific, rational, subjective, creative, intellectual subjective spirit and moral subjective spirit as well as dialectical unity of scientific and technological rationality and humane spirit. Learning community makes each student get involved in the teaching with mutual reaction between teachers and students to know oneself, to know how to learn and how to create, which is in favor of changing the original passive teaching model with only teacher saying in the curriculum of "Ideological Morality Accomplishrnent" and beneficial to the formation of the students' creative personality.
