摘要
本文分析了非对称法布里-伯罗腔(ASFP)调制特性,得出了反射率为零的条件.设计生长了常通和常关两种高对比度反射式调制器件,测量了它们的电调制反射谱,理论与实验比较符合.
Abstract Modulation characteristics of ASFP cavity are analysed and the conditions of zero reflectivity of ASFP cavity are provided. The devices with high contrast ratio under normally--on and normally--off operation are designed and compared with theoretical calculation by measuring reflectance spectra under applied electric field.
