摘要
目的探讨电话随访加强骨科家庭康复患者教育的效果。方法通过有计划定时的规范护士电话随访,对骨科患者的家庭康复进行有针对性的专科指导。结果通过电话随访,骨科患者家庭康复的意识、使用支具及功能锻炼的遵医性得到提高。结论电话随访对骨科家庭康复患者教育可起到督促、咨询、指导作用,同时可融洽护患、医患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of phone call following-up on patient education in home rehabilitation of orthopaedic patients. Methods The special instruction about family rehabilitation was offered by the nurses with phone call followlng-up for orthopaedic patients according to individual plan at different periods. Results By the phone call following-up, the realization to the family rehabilitation, brace using and compliance of patients improved. Conclusion The phone call following-up has urging, consulting and directing effects on patient education in family rehabilitation of orthopedic patients, and can make a better relationship between the patients and medical staff.
