摘要
利用电磁场分析软件,研究了用于毫米波耦合腔行波管的两种过渡波导,分析比较了各种结构的宽带匹配性能,给出的部分结果可以直接在整管设计中采用。
Two kinds of the waveguide transitions used in millimeter wave coupled-cavity traveling-wave tubes were investigated with CST Microwave Studio. The broad band impedance match performances of the liner taper, the properly selected smoothness taper and the stepped taper transitions were analyzed and compared. Some of the results presented can be directly utilized in the design of the waveguide transition for millimeter wave CCTWTs.
