摘要
应用经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术（ＰＢＭＶ）对８例妊娠中、晚期二尖瓣狭窄患者行二尖瓣扩张术，采取积极的Ｘ射线防护措施，结果表明，此法对母胎儿均安全有效。
Eight patients with mitral stenosis and who were in the middle or late period of pregnacy were treated by percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV).The results show that PBMV is safe and effective for pregnant women and their foetuses if active measures against the adverse effects of X ray are adopted.
