摘要
针对编制水泥混凝土路面设计程序中的温度应力计算问题,给出了水泥混凝土路面厚度设计中温度应力系数的数值计算方法。首先从诺模图读取关键数据点,然后使用内插方法计算温度翘曲应力系数Cx与综合温度应力系数Bx,以Delphi 7.0为开发工具编制相应设计程序,并进行了验算。结果表明,该方法计算结果与查诺模图得出结果相比,其相对误差在3%以内,能够满足工程设计的要求,从而减小了人为因素的影响,提高了设计效率。
This paper puts forward a simple method to calculate temperature stress coefficient in the procedure of board thickness design of cement concrete pavement. Firstly, the key data are obtained from the nomogram, then temperature warp stress coefficient Cx and integration temperature stress coefficient Bx are determined by interpolation. At last, the program is developed by Delphi 7.0 to calculate the board thickness of cement pavement. The result shows that this method meets the requirement of engineering with relative error range in 3 %, and it can improve the efficiency of design. 5 tabs, 13 refs.
