摘要
通过二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的等离子体聚合作用,对聚乙烯膜进行表面改性。研究了等离子体工艺参数对聚合物膜沉积速率的影响,用FTIR、XPS分析了聚合物膜的组成结构,测定了改性聚乙烯膜的接触角和表面能。结果表明,二甲基甲酰胺等离子体聚合物膜的沉积明显地改善了聚乙烯膜的润湿性能,表面水接触角降至30°以下,且改性效果稳定,改性层对聚乙烯膜透光性能影响不大。
