摘要
目的研究VEGF-C、FLT-4在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用半定量RT-PCR和免疫组化方法,检测60例非小细胞肺癌肿瘤组织中VEGF-C、FLT-4的表达。结果60例非小细胞肺癌组织中,36例(60%)VEGF-C阳性表达,30例(50%)FLT-4阳性表达。有淋巴结转移者VEGF-C和FLT-4的阳性表达率分别为80.5%和69.4%,明显高于淋巴结阴性组(29.2%和33.3%),有非常显著性差异(P值均<0.01)。经半定量RT-PCR分析,VEGF-C和FLT-4在有淋巴结转移者中的表达量明显高于无淋巴结转移者,有显著性差异(分别为P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论VEGF-C及其受体FLT-4的表达与非小细胞肺癌的淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF-C and FLT-4 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and their relationship with tumor lymph node metastasis. Methods Expression of VEGF-C and FLT-4 was studied in 60 non-small cell lung cancer tissues by semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry, Results 60% of the 60 non-small cell lung cancers was VEGF-C positive, 50% was FLT-4 positive. With lymph node metastasis cases. The expression of VEGF-C and FLT-4 was 80.5% and 69.4% , respectively in lymph node metastasis cases. The expression of VEGF-C and FLT-4 was 29.2% and 33.3% in lymph node negative cases. The expression levels of VEGF-C and FLT-4 in lymph node positive cases were high compared to that in lymph node negative cases. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Expression of VEGF-C and FLT-4 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues was correlates with tumor lymph node metastasis.
