摘要
阐述利用极谱法(FATT)测量软性接触镜透氧系数(Dk)的原理,测试步骤和数据处理方法。并通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。
To explain the principle for the determination of oxygen permeability by the FATT method, and introduce the testing procedure and the method of data processing. Finally the experimental result proved that the FATT method was feasible to determine the oxygen permeability for contact lens.
