摘要
探讨了产品原则布置工艺的基本形式,并从可靠性进行了原因分析;给出了设计方案(改善系统可靠性最低的工序,增加一台设备,由串联改并联;工序之间增加一个库存区);进行了实证分析,结果表明设计方案的可靠性大有提高。
Through study of the basic process form based on product layout and the analysis of its reliability,gives the process schemes （Improving the process of lower reliability to increase a facility and to change the connection from series to parallel or increasing a warehouse among the process）.Empirical analysis shows that the reliability of the improved processes are heightened greatly.
