摘要
论述了推进中小企业技术创新是经济发展的必然选择,分析了中小企业技术创新具有的优势和主要障碍,提出了克服中小企业技术创新瓶颈的对策。
This paper discusses on that pushing the technological innovation of small and medium--sized enterprises is the necessary choice of the economic development, analyzes on the superiorities that the small and medium-sized enterprises possess and some main obstacles of the technological innovation of the small and medium-sized enterprises, and advances some countermeasures for overcoming the bottlenecks of the technological innovation of the small and mediumsized enterprises.
