心梗面积预测的计算机程序设计及临床验证

摘要 目的设计应用心电图预测心肌梗死面积的计算机程序,并进行临床验证。方法通过计算机程序使用数字采样积分统nx1计计算急性心肌梗死病人心电图各梗塞导联QS面积,求其和得∑QS(通过公式sum from 1 to n() integral from x=x^0 to x′()(y-ax-b))。计算90例心肌梗死病人∑1x=x0QS,分别与肌酸肌酶同工酶(CK-MB)峰值进行相关性检验。结果∑QS与CK-MB峰值呈高度相关。结论通过该程序得到的∑QS可间接反映心肌梗塞面积,预测心梗病人预后。 Objective Design a computer program to predict the myocardial infarct size using the electrocardiogram, and validate in clinical use. Method Statistics and calculate the electrocardiogram each infarct leads QS area using digital sample and integral throush the computer program, sum each leads QS area, get the ∑ QS(the formula is n∑1 x^1∫x=x^0(y-ax-b).Calculate the ,∑ QS of 90 eases of myocardial infarction. ,get the relationship by comparing with CK-MB peak value. Results There is an excellent correlation between the ∑QS with CK-MB peak value. Conclusion QS get from the program can reflect the area of myocardial infarction indirectly, predict patient's prognosis.
